Our specialized programs
At Growing In The Chaos, we address a critical gap in youth wellness. Our specialized programs provide a sanctuary for children dealing with chronic illness and childhood stress, allowing their nervous systems to relax and recover from stressful environments or physical discomfort.
The Blue Folder Project
Weekly Check-in Questionnaire that targets physical and mental wellness tracking to ensure no child's needs go unnoticed.
Daily Battery Percentage Check-Ins
Daily, high definition vital assessments tracking morning and evening body battery levels to prevent physical baseline crashes. Includes physical vital checks(BP,Temperature, etc).
Half-Time/Playtime
Structured Decompression sessions allowing kids to step away from high stress sports, performance studios or camps.
Experience positive change
Children in our programs gain invaluable opportunities to rest, relax, and grow. They learn to manage stress, avoid burnout, and reclaim their joy, ensuring they remain active and engaged in their lives.
Weekly and daily check-ins
Our programs include regular mental and physical wellness check-ins, weekly and daily. This consistent support ensures that each child’s needs are met and their well-being is monitored effectively.
Decompression hours and support
We offer dedicated decompression hours, allowing children to take an hour, 30 minute or 15 minute break from their activities or work, giving their systems a chance to power down. Our comprehensive support also includes comfort care, physical checks, and advocates to help run group sessions smoothly. We provide healthy snacks and drinks for hydration and nutrition, along with stress management tools to teach kids how to prevent feeling overwhelmed.
